Food poisoning developed on Friday 13th October I have required medical assessment Missed my flight home Had to pay for extra nights at the hotel I had to pay for Dr visit I had to pay for medication I have to re arrange flights home This has caused great distress to me and my family. And of course expense. I ate in the area of Station Rossio and the waterfront and stayed in the Zenit Hotel Av 5 de outubro 11. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
