Pizza Night Turns Nightmare - Little Caesars,

Purchased at 5pm, ate, then at around 10pm had bad gas, fell asleep, woke up at 2am and literally thought I was going to die, almost called 911, have been up with diarrhea and vomit since and it's now 7am.
