The first time we ate that pizza gave me diarrhea, however I ignored it since I was not sure to know what had caused me this symptom, then I consumed with my family twice more this pizza and the latter gave us diarrhea so we are totally sure that pizza in this place is the cause of this happening to us. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
