Additional information: Father and I picked up a deep dish this past Monday for dinner, by Tuesday around 5pm we both got extremely ill. He's back to work today I'm 3 days off work still can't eat much but can keep down saltines and Gatorade. At first I thought my lunch on Tuesday until I heard my dad was also very unwell.
