I ordered & picked up an ultimate supreme deep dish pizza for my bf and I to eat for our movie night and about 1 hour after eating my bf said he was starting to feel gassy, then shortly after I started feeling a horrible stomach pain and i barely made it to the bathroom, I was crying on the toilet for at least 30 minutes until I started vomiting and then my bf started having diarrhea and vomiting as well. We’re sure it was their food since it was the only meal we’ve shared since yesterday and it happened right after eating our pizza | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
