Got a hot and ready pizza Feb 12 while on the road. Started feeling not well the next morning. Fell violently ill by that afternoon. Ended up hospitalized. The only thing I ate that my fiancé didn't was that pizza. She didn't get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
