I bought the pizza from signal hill little caesers on June 17 and ate the pizza around 6:30. Within an hour I felt stomach cramps and pain and got diarrhea. I felt really fatigued and weak. As time went on my head hurt and I felt dizzy, cold and feverish and the cramps worsened so I laid down with a blanket. I got up and drank 2 bottles of water which help ease the cramps. I got so tired and weak I couldn’t even get my phone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
