Pizza Cramping, Severe Vomiting - Little Caesars Pizza, Centerville Ohio

Got little Caesar's around 5pm 7/6/25 and became very ill around 6:45am woke up out of a dead sleep with severe cramping in my stomach and back, tried pain meds, and pepto, eventually had to make myself throw up because the pain became too much. When I did throw up I threw up every bit of the pizza contents. Can't tell if food poisoning but posting just incase because I genuinely feel so weird since eating their pizza | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
