I bought a pizza box around 6 are about 2 3 slices about hour or 2 later I started feeling cramps I didn’t think nothing just thought my cycle was coming. Before I went to sleep I kept feeling like I was gagging I just thought I had ate too much. I was hotter than usual at night and I always keep my fan on. I woke up at 2am stomach hurting and throwing all I had ate up I was sweating and had got the chills I knew something wasn’t right. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
