Every once in awhile I stop to get the lunch combo and it never affects me but today I tell you what. I had the rumblings and heavy gas. I got home and immediately to the toilet. I'm sitting here now just tearing up because of how bad it is. Will update if I need help | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Gas
