My daughter had some friends over last night and they started eating pizza around 5pm. This morning one of them had a stomach ache and later this afternoon my daughter started to feel nauseaus and then throwing up. She went to bed and now has a fever. I feel like the timeline is too close to me illness since it had only been about 12 hours of them being together before the first girl got sick. This might be food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
