Eat pizza here. All members of my family including young girls get sick from the stomach with a strong infection, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, stomach pain. The symptoms began the day after having consumed the pizza, there was no other factor that made us sick since we only had dinner and breakfast the pizza and in the afternoon it all started | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
