Closure Date: 09-23-2020Rodent infestation. The inspector visited in response to a complaint and found a dead rat in a snap trap on a shelf near a large hole in the wall, as well as numerous rodent droppings on boxes, containers and the floor in a storage room and on the floor in a room with a refrigerator. A broken ceiling panel noted in an inspection a month earlier hadn’t been repaired; the person in charge said he had asked the building manager to fix it several times.
