this is more than likely an allergy or other reaction to a similar food item you consume from Longhorn's. Not a foodborne illness.

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: Common symptoms of Longhorn Steakhouse food poisoning are diarrhea and nausea. Longhorn recently suffered an E. coli outbreak that sickening 5 people in Ohio. E. coli is associated with undercooked beef and symptoms can include are vomiting, stomach cramps, and bloody diarrhea.
