ER Visit: Suspected Food Poisoning - Longhorn Steakhouse, Port Charlotte Florida

This happened on April 23rd and 24th. We ordered take out from this location since we were flying home the next day. I had Flo's filet, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes. That night I wok up sick and passed out causing me to cut open the back of my head. I ended up in the ER in critical care. I'm still recovering from a traumatic brain injury as a result of the suspected food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
