cafeteria- Chicken Caesar salad My son ate a chicken Caesar salad for lunch at school. He began to feel sick about an hour later. He then when to the nurse's office and vomited. He can't keep water down. He's weak and has vomited 3 times in the last 3 hours since the initial vomiting. He is cold, pale and tired. He's 11 years old. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Weakness
