On 12/4/19 I ate a "Louis Pappas chopped Greek salad". About 6 hours later, after reaching my destination and checking in at the hotel, I woke up and began violently vomiting, which continued throughout the night and into the next day and segued into liquefied diarrhea, stomach cramps, lethargy, hot flashes/chills, headache, and gas. The symptoms were most severe the first 36 hours, and subsided over the course of about 4-5 days. It was most certainly food poisoning, and as I didn't eat anything after the salad, that seemed to be the trigger. It was an awful experience and I was barely able to leave the bed, let alone the hotel, during my vacation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Gas
