Today is May 23rd and I am still sick after eating Lucky Charms Thursday will be 2 weeks since I ate the Lucky Charms. I started Weight Watchers April 1st after losing 20 lb I opened a box of cereal and celebration and ate a bowl and went to bed the next morning I woke up and I was so sick it was so intense the diarrhea the stomach cramps my throat burned my stomach burned my intestines felt like they were burning I felt sluggish I felt confused. It was Hardcore for like three to four days and then slowly started getting a little better but then rebounded on me shortly after a few days of feeling better. I've been eating clean organic chicken breast, fruit and vegetables, Dairy alternatives. I don't know if my body was used to eating clean after a month and a half and those toxins and that cereal hit me so hard but I'm still recovering I still don't feel good. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other
