Recently I’ve been buying numerous cereals from my childhood as a fun kinda nom down memory lane. Other cereals settled well w me. I had Lucky Charms around 11 AM yesterday. Didn’t feel too bad just lethargic until around 8 PM but I was farting and it was smelling rank. Green hell broke loose on St. Patrick’s Day ‘23 and I’m still awake at 5 AM the next day from these crazy stomach cramps that’s finally letting up now thanks to pepto tums and apple cider vinegar. Did you know GM I had non green crap I had to take care of later today! I learned about trisodium phosphate and other junk in these junk cereals. But lesson learned no more revisiting the past for me. Chances are those things are no longer the same. Thanks for listening and good luck to you.
