My son ate lucky charms yesterday morning and later that night he had diarrhea and threw up between 10-15 times and is having back pain and stomach pain. Going to the ER feeling dehydrated, weak and in pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
