Thursday April 7th in the evening I ate 2 bowls of Lucky Charms .. within 30” I experienced several abdominal bloating, gas, severe abdominal cramping, slight nausea and diarrhea which lasted 4-6 hours. This episode left me dehydrated, lethargic and resulted in a migraine. I am a nurse so I forced fluids the next morning but the experience left me extremely fatigued. I thought it may have been the Lucky Charms - I haven’t been in that much pain in a long time. It was awful! I saw the report on the news and decided to report my experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Fatigue, Gas, Migraine, Cramps, Dehydration
