Food Safety Report: Lucky charms cereal, Plano, TX, USA

2 years ago reported by user-cmwzk536

Lucky charms cereal, Plano, TX, USA

Plano, Texas, United States

On Thursday March 30, our 3 year old granddaughter ate lucky charms she began vomiting Friday night April 1st and was sick all Saturday. No one else in the house had eaten Lucky charms and no one else got sick. There was no fever associated with her illness. On Thursday April 7 our seven-year-old granddaughter ate Lucky charms. She was vomiting by Saturday morning and was sick all day. On Saturday, April 8 I ate what was left in the box of Lucky charms and began feeling ill on Sunday and vomited all day Monday. My husband and my son both helped care for the grandchildren during their illness. Neither of them got sick. None of us who got sick ever ran even the slightest fever. I still have the box and the residue left in the bottom of the bag from that box. I would love to turn the box over to poison control for analysis. Symptoms were severe stomach cramps, vomiting And diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
