I consumed lucky charms last night for a snack at 12 AM and I woke up for school at 6 AM and my stomach was bloated and once I got on the bus my stomach started feeling nausea and a little headache to as well and once I got to school for my first block of the day which is Block A I started feel like I am going to puke and went down to the nurse and they checked my temperature and it was 99.1 and I needed to use the bathroom and after I had green stool and afterwards I felt a little better afterwards and then I needed to go again in my next class and my stool was small hairy shape green pieces floating and next time i am never consuming Lucky Charms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Green Stool, Fever, Fatigue, Chills
