Cereal Causes Repeat Illness - Lucky Charms, Fort Worth Texas

3 years ago reported by user-jbqcw356

Lucky Charms, Fort Worth, TX, USA

Fort Worth, Texas, United States

My husband and I ate Lucky Charms and both got nauseous, diarrhea and super bad cramps. We thought it was a fluke and ate some the next night with the same results. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

I also wanted to add, we eat this cereal as a treat to kick our sweet tooth. So, when we ate some the other night, we both commented how it wasn't sweet like it normally is. The taste was definitely off. It didn't taste bad, just not as sweet. I'm wondering if due to supply chain issues, Walmart is using different ingredients than usual. It's the only reason we can think the taste would be off since they're recipe has to be exact; It should never alter, which means the taste will always be the same.
