I have been having this issue since 2014. I went through a separation and as part of my diet, started to eat Lucky Charms. I noticed severe cramping, and diarrhea. After several days, I realized it was the lucky charms, so I stopped eating it. I thought it was just my body not being able to handle the coloring in the marshmallows. Fast-forward to 2022, I decided to try them again and started having the same experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
