After eating two bowls of Lucky Charms Gems at 2pm, March 19,2024, I had and explosive massive green diarrhea experience. Shortly after, abdominal cramping and nausea started. Diarrhea subsided by next morning, but abdominal cramping and nausea continued for two days and is still present on the third day..
