I was eating Lucky Charms frequently for lunch because it was fast and easy! I started to realize that about an hour or so after I ate them my stomach hurt so badly that several times I even considered going to the ER. I started cutting other thing out of my normal eating pattern because it continued to happen. I didn’t think to change the Lucky Charms because they were gluten free and just thought there was no way that could be causing me such destress. Eventually I had to cut the Lucky Charms…there were times I was unsure I was even going to make it home from work after eating them! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
