Yesterday I came home from work and decided to have some lucky charms(general mills) and I had 2 bowls of it because i thought they were very nice however just hours later at night I woke up to the urge to puke and thats excactly what happend and this wasnt just a small amount I'm talking like more puke than i have ever seen I then puked roughly 7 more times that night after that I began to think what foods I have eaten that could of caused this and the only food that i ate that day that i normally wouldnt were lucky charms so i looked up if anyone else had similar experiences and that is when I came across this website. Oh and dont even get me started on the bathroom situation I was on the toilet for about an hour anyway I'm almost better now and just thought I should share my experience.
