Green Stool After Cereal - Lucky Charms, Toronto Ontario

My daughter she’s 18 months and had lucky charms this morning and then hasn’t. Wanted to eat the rest of the day and has had diarrhea and nausea all night. I’m sure it was the lucky charms because the colour of her stool was green but almost blue green I don’t have anything else to repeat but will get in touch if anything else comes up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Green Stool
