Dollar general Bruce Wi or walmart Ladysmith, WI, USA. I ran across this story today. Symptoms are nausea, vomiting, really bad gas and Stomach gurgling. I didn’t put two and two together but after l ate it l felt nauseous and l did throw up a few times.
