Green loose diarrhea, severe stomach pain, and frothy vomit daily. Thought it was a medication issue but it was Lucky charms after stopping for breakfast symptoms went away. Son lost 4 lbs in a month from the issues. About 3 weeks ago. We had to throw all the lucky charms out after we saw the reports. Green diarrhea, vomiting all frothy. Stomach pain. And it went on for a month | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
