Cereal Vomiting in Kids - Lucky Charms, Massachusetts

My 4 year old has been experiencing terrible vomiting, high fevers & stomach pains. Covid negative every time I test him.. I think there might be some validity to this lucky charms theory going around because that’s all he ate for a few days right before this all started | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
