I had a small cup of the Lucky Charms marshmallow snacks (just marshmallows) and within 30 minutes had terrible diarrhea, nausea & dry heaves. That was 3 days ago & I'm just now starting to feel normal again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
