Not sure but have been eating Lucky Charms for breakfast every day for a couple of weeks also I’ve seen my doctor and have been to the ER this week and all they have come up with is ‘Abdominal pain’. I was told to take Pepsid which isn’t working. Now that I see that Lucky Charms may be the culprit, I will stop eating them. It happened and Terrible stomachache pains and diarrhea mostly every day for 2 weeks | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
