A few weeks ago I bought lucky charms for my granddaughter . She loves lucky charms but since then starting last week she started having stomach problems and diarrhea and vomiting and complaining her stomach hurts so I took her to doctor they did blood work .well yesterday she vomited and diarrhea and her stomach hurts so today 4/19/2022 I'm taking her back to a doctor to see what's going on it started right after she started eating lucky charms I do believe it's the lucky charms that's causing this . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
