I eat lucky charms rather frequently. But all of a sudden, I've been having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. I tried to cut everything out of my diet that could be the culprit, never imagining it was the cereal. I was still experiencing all of these symptoms and was missing work and in a ton of discomfort and pain. I thought maybe irs a combination of the foods in eating. So I went on an all lucky charms diet for 3 days. I use organic milk as well. Never in my life have I been so sick. So it's definitely the lucky charms. Thankfully my son doesn't like this cereal. I experiencing milk into my diet about a week after I stopped eating lucky charms and it was fine. I thought well let me just see, maybe I was wrong. But then I had some more lucky charms and quickly realized that was foolish when I became violently ill. Thank you general mills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
