I have had at least 2 or 3 bowls of lucky charms this past week. From Wednesday until Saturday I was having intense tenderness in my stomach and lower pelvis. It has since gotten better but it was so tender I couldn’t palpate my stomach. When I had a bowel movement it hurt as there was pressure from my bm on the rest of my intestines. They felt inflamed and tender. | Symptoms: Nausea
