My 4 y.o son had green watery stool yesterday and I was trying to figure out why. Today I ate Lucky Charms and 2 hours later stomach aches and green watery stool just like my son. He ate the Lucky Charms twice yesterday but I will not be giving it to him again. Now I'm left with a full unopened box and another that is 3/4 full. | Symptoms: Other, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
