My son and I have recently been eating lucky charms and we both would get diarrhea but only I would violently vomit. It happen last night and another time not long ago as well. I thought it was a stomach bug until I remembered today about seeing people getting sick off of lucky charms. Glad I remembered it before buying more. It doesn't last days just the nausea is a day or two after the episode. My son is 3 years old so we stopped giving it to him. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
