I have been eating Lucky Charms for the last few days this week which resulted in severe green diarrhea, horrible stomach cramps along with gas. This has been the only change in my diet as I usually don’t eat this. Today was the first day I haven’t eaten it and I feel much better. The box is definitely going in the trash now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
