I would regularly consume lucky charms as a bedtime snack and every morning I would have diarrhea. This went on for months. Initially I passed it off as a side effect of the covid vaccine however the symptoms became worse to the point that I stopped eating the lucky charms. Within a week my symptoms improved and I was back to passing solid bowel movements. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
