Had some pizza it tasted totally fine. Immediately getting up I felt horrible. Felt like the food took my energy instead of the other way around. This was when I was leaving hhn, I felt the need to vomit. Not much came out except for some grease. On the way home immediately left the nearest exit and to the grocery store where I had the runs this was within at least 30 mins | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
