Bought 2 packs of M&S mature cheddar topped rolls. Had 2 rolls on Friday night and within the hour was experiencing cramps and diarrhea, but put it down to coincidence. Had 2 more rolls today at 7am before work, within an hour started experiencing stomach cramps that became more severe over the next few hours, with violent and severe diarrhea and nausea. Had not eaten anything else in the last 10 hours besides these rolls. Had to leave work 8 hours early due to the severity of diarrhea and pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
