Traveler's Diarrhea from Pho - Doordash, Stockton California

Was visiting in Stockton and ordered Mac Pho through Doordash. Haven’t been sick like this before. I was diagnosed with Travelers Diarrhea and Food Poisoning from here. Been having liquid stools for almost 3 days now. Just got back to Utah and still very sick. Went to the ER yesterday because I was severely dehydrated. Now I can’t eat for 3 days. Started feeling sick about 6pm on April 23rd 2022, shortly after eating the pho. I started feeling bloated and full but didn’t think much of it till the next day I had extreme nausea to the point I got really close to puking but I took a Zofran which helped keep it down. Then the liquid diarrhea hit and it’s been non stop for about 3 days now. Have nothing left in stomach except for water and acid which is burning my bottom real bad. Really liked this place. Disappointed it made me this sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dehydration, Bloating
