I dined at Mandarin on Thursday, September 19, 2024, around 8 PM with my son. The service was poor, and as I was leaving, I started feeling unwell. It's important to mention that I saw kitchen staff at the back of the restaurant smoking and chatting. Some were not wearing hairnets and still had their aprons on. When I got home, I started feeling worse—first with chills and then unbearable stomach cramps. I sweated heavily during the night, to the point where I had to change my bedding and clothes. Since Friday, September 20, I’ve been experiencing nausea, muscle aches, stomach pain, headaches, and diarrhea. I was fine before eating at the restaurant. The diarrhea, along with the headaches and stomach pain, has been persistent.
