Last night I Bought a large pizza with green peppers & red onions. Me & my girlfriend ate it an hour later. She had 2 slices & I had 4. She went to sleep & was really gassy. She started feeling sharp pains in her stomach & was restless/nausea. The next morning I had diarrhea & terrible stomach cramps. The vegetables looked a bit dry when I bought the pizza. Reporting this to corporate tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
