Today at 12pm, I ate a Maria Callender chicken pot pie I still feel ill stomach is cramping. I have been trying to drink water and my head hurts. I guess that’s from all the throwing up I’ve been doing I ordered the chicken pot pie off of Amazon. I think they actually get them from Whole Foods. I just don’t know which one.I don’t know if this is the lot number but it is on the box … 5014 2342 20 P3 10:52 EST P45. It was around 12 pm when I ate it, it seem like moments later I started feeling sick nauseated gassy I ran to the bathroom my biles became extremely loose and then I started throwing up so it was coming out of both ends now it’s 11:09 pm and I’m unable to eat and just not feeling well at all February 7, 2023. I ordered through Amazon and they get their food from Wholefoods I don’t know where the Wholefoods building is Amazon would have that information | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
