I ate a Marie calendars chicken pot pie. Less than an hour later I began having stomach cramps/pain. After 15 mins of pain I went to bathroom and had diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. Two days later I still feel nauseous and can't eat anything. 1/8/2021 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
