Ate chicken pot pie for dinner yesterday. Developed diarrhea approximately 1 1/2 hours later. It's been more than 12 hours and still have diarrhea.
I think I purchased it here, but I cannot be 100% sure. I may have purchased it at a different grocery store, however it is far more likely that it was from there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
