Repeated Illness: Pizza Issue - Market Basket, Lowell Massachusetts

So this past Saturday we decided to get a slice of pizza from market basket on bridge st. in Lowell Ma. After few hours I started feeling sick. First the diarrhea, then I started vomiting. My partner started feeling sick around 5am Sunday morning. He had the worst. This is my 4th time having food poisoning. Twice now is from this same store! They need to be inspected way more often I believe. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
